Check-In / Arrival
Thanks to our COVID-compliant contactless check-in, you can arrive starting at 3:00 PM. An early check-in from 12:00 PM is possible upon request, subject to availability, at no extra cost. If you arrive earlier, you can safely store your luggage with us starting at 8:00 AM and explore the city. On the day of arrival, you will receive your access details (code) via email and SMS.

Check-Out / Departure
The regular check-out time is until 11:00 AM. If you’d like to sleep in, a late check-out until 2:00 PM is available upon request and subject to availability, free of charge.
Check-out is contactless and COVID-compliant. Simply close the door behind you and let us know briefly via email or SMS.
