Are there parking options on-site?
ou can use public parking spaces directly on the street in front of the building and in the surrounding area (paid weekdays between 07:00 AM and 06:00 PM). We recommend the Bahnhof West parking garage, located right next to the main train station, where you can park 24 hours for €5.
How to get here?
Luga Homes is centrally located in Leipzig, offering excellent public transportation options for easy access by plane, bus, train, or car. Leipzig/Halle Airport is just 25 km from the city center, and you can reach the main station in 20 minutes by S-Bahn (S5, S5X, or ICE). From the station, your apartment is only a short walk away, making bus and train travel a convenient option. If you’re driving, the closest exit is Leipzig Mitte (A14), just 8 km away.
How does the check-out work?
Regular check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you’d like to sleep in, a late check-out until 2:00 PM is available free of charge upon request, subject to availability.
Our check-out process is contactless and follows COVID-19 safety measures. Simply close the door behind you and let us know via email or SMS.
What are the cancellation conditions?
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the arrival date. After that, no refund will be provided.
How does the check-in process work?
With our contactless check-in system, you can check in anytime between 3:00 PM and midnight. Early check-in from 12:00 PM is available upon request and based on availability. If you arrive earlier, feel free to drop off your luggage from 8:00 AM and explore the city.
To ensure a smooth check-in, your booking must be prepaid or secured with a credit card. On your arrival day, you’ll receive your access code via email or SMS.
Are towels and bed linen provided?
Towels and bed linen are included free of charge in all rooms and apartments.
Are high chairs, baby beds, and potty seats available for rent?
If you’re traveling with young children, we are happy to provide a high chair, baby bed, or potty seat free of charge for the duration of your stay, upon request (at least 1 day before arrival).

Can I bring pets?
Pets are welcome at our property. Please inform us in advance (at least 1 day before arrival). Due to the additional cleaning requirements, we charge an extra fee of 15 EUR.

Luga Homes are located in the heart of Leipzig! You can reach them within minutes on foot from the main train station, making it easy to get here without a car. From your room, you can quickly and conveniently reach all your destinations on foot or by public transport – from the Völkerschlacht Monument to museums and shopping malls. Even coming back late at night is no problem.
